Everything we do is hand-made by us in our in-house commercial dental laboratory. This enables us to control the whole treatment process and ensure the highest quality and standards of manufacturing are maintained throughout the entire process.
As a result, we are continuously able to provide you with the best possible results.
We aim to remove as many barriers to you when it comes to treatment. At all our clinics we accept all major health funds, all hospital vouchers and referrals from the Department of Veterans’ Affairs. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. We also accept ZIP. No referral required.

Bills’ understanding for the dental profession began as a child, where he would wait in the dental surgery for his Father and Mother to finish treating patients. Seeing first-hand from an early age the positive impact his parents would have on their patients left a long-lasting impression, one that he is fortunate to be able to put into practice today as a Dental Prosthetist with his own patients.
Handcrafting things was always something Bill enjoyed from a child where he would tinker in the sheds of his Grandfathers’, as well as his neighbour. The dental profession has given him the opportunity to put into practice all of these aspects in a meaningful way to help restore people’s ability to eat, smile, and talk with confidence.
Continuing the great service and quality that Christiaan Claassens established (the founder and original operator of City Denture Clinic) over three decades is not something that is taken lightly by Bill and the team at City Denture Clinic.
Bill also shares the same passion for the dental industry and ensures that everyone in the Halcyon Dental Group team share this passion and continued commitment to providing an exceptional service, with a focus on quality of work and unparalleled patient outcome.
